Fireworks CS3 Introduction
Course Overview
This course is aimed to give you a hands-on introduction to Fireworks CS3
You will be able to create both vector and bitmap images and learn how to create animated GIFs, simple rollovers and image maps.
You will also learn how to optimise your graphics for the web using Fireworks export feature.

- Trim, fit and modifying the canvas and image size
- Using the drawing and painting tools
- Using the editing tools
- Working with editable text
- Using the fill effect features
- Creating buttons and mouse behaviour effects
- Modifying and combining images
- Working with layers and layer effects
- Working with frames
- Creating a simple animation
- Using the timing options
- Creating rollovers
Course Prerequisites
Have little or no experience using Fireworks and wish to understand the essential skills and how to apply them to creating graphics for websites.
